  Sarah Fisher is an American Racing legend having raced in more Indianapolis 500 Mile races than any other woman driver in history. Although the Columbus Ohio native was the third woman to have ever raced at Indy, she was first in many other respects. At 19 she was the youngest woman driver to ever run at Indy. Also, at age 19, Sarah was the first woman to ever ascend to the podium after her 3rd place finish at Kentucky Speedway. At 28 she was the youngest female team owner in Indy Car history. Sarah has also won more money than any other woman in Indy Car history, making her arguably the most successful female Indy Car driver of all time.

  Among race fans, she has become one of the most popular drivers ever. She has steered clear of controversy and maintained her “girl next door” image. Sarah lives in Indianapolis these days with her husband Andy O’Gara. The couple met when Andy worked as the left tire changer on her Dreyer & Reinbold race team. He later became her crew chief. They now own and operate Sarah Fisher Racing which has expanded to a 2 driver team. In May of 2010 Sarah released her first book entitled 99 Things Women Wish They Knew Before Getting Behind The Wheel Of Their Dream Job.
